• • You shall contact me for any concern or question you might have.
• • You understand that I retain the rights to decline commissions without further explanation.
• • I reserve the right to not work on your commission before receiving at least 50% of the payment.
• • You understand it may take up to a month to finish your commission.
• • You acknowledge that the commission queue order and the to-do list are not the same list and thus, some works might be finished before yours do.
• • I retain the duty of informing you about any delay or problem that might interfere on the production of your commission.
• • If there is a deadline, you understand that you have to communicate in advance, and thus, pay an additional fee accordingly.
• • You are not to rush or spam about progress pictures. Progress on the commission will be sent only during sketch phase.
• • You acknowledge that you ordered a digital illustration for a commission and thus, there is no shipping of a printed illustration as well as any other physical goods.

on payments and refunds

• • Payments should be preferably made through Stripe, but other forms of payment may also be accepted.
• • Full payment is required after sketches have been agreed upon.
• • Price might increase due to the amount of detail of the character requested or the background requested. Any inquiries about how detailed is too detailed, message me.
• • All invoices are due within 7 days from receiving them, unless agreed otherwise. Invoices past the due date will be cancelled, also cancelling any associated commissions.
• • Full refunds are issued only before you have been sent and have been approved the sketch.
• • If you request a commission, pay 50% upfront and I cannot, for any reason, draw your commission under the window of 6 months, I'll give you back the half refund ONLY and only in this case. Covering taxes do not apply.
• • Under no circumstance refunds will be issued after the commission is properly agreed upon and all sketches are approved.
